- What type of water do you fill?Purified Water by 7 Stage Reverse Osmosis. See purification section for more details.
- What is the minimum order amount?Minimum order is typically 10 cases (240 bottles). We have flexible water programs where you can pre pay for water and we can ship out as little as one case at a time based on your needs.
- What size bottles do you have?10oz and 16.9oz ribbed bottles, 16.9oz and 1L bullet bottles, 16.9oz aluminum bottles.
- Are custom labels applied to labels?Yes, all products includes a full color water proof custom label applied to the bottle and shipped to you ready for consumption.
- What is production time?Depending on the scope of your artwork and label design, most orders will ship within18-24 business days, and in some cases sooner. Please note production times vary depending on your quantity, location and design requirements. Please chat with an associate for more details. If you have a pre paid program, water will ship out much faster. Expect slightly longer turn times during high season so order more in advance to stay well stocked. Bullet bottle orders run approximately 5-7 weeks including aluminum option.
- What type of bottle caps do you use?10oz, 16.9oz and 1L bottles include a flat clear or white screw top cap depending on availability.
- Do I have to receive all orders at once?No, we have free storage options depending on the quantity ordered and can ship you cases as needed depending on the quantity you purchased. Chat with an associate for all shipping, storage and release options.
- What kind of labels do you produce?All labels are BOPP, water proof, UV coated and have permanant adhesion. Labels will not peel off bottles when iced, soaked or refrigerated. Color will not run from the label either. We do not produce paper labels.
- Can I pay with a credit card?Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
- When is payment due?In most cases, payment is due on receipt with credit card. If you are ordering bulk, truckload or auto shipment, terms or a deposit can be discussed depending on your quantity to commence production. Check payment is also acceptable within certain timeframes.

16.9oz (Aluminum) 4.00"x6.00" - Do you provide pre-production virtual or label proofs?Yes, if you send your logo we can send you a virtual proof of your logo on the desired bottle. Once you place an order after the quote process, our art department will send you an official digital proof you can view, print out and review. Artwork must be approved before production.
- What is the shelf life of our bottled water?As per FDA guidelines and regulations bottled water is good for 2 years from the date of production.
- Is four color process included?All bottles included full color labels including photo style images. There are no extra fees for four-color process.
- What type of files do you need for a proof sample?AI, EPS, Vector, JPEG, or PNG. For the best print quality, EPS/Vector files are most suitable. If there is an issue with resolution, pixelation or file quality, our art department will certainly bring this to your attention.
- Do you offer drop shipments?Yes, please contact us and a member of our shipping department can assist and discuss your delivery requirements. We ship nationwide.
- Where is your product made and shipped from?Made and shipped from Texas. Nationwide.
- How is bottle water packaged?Our 10oz and 16.9oz ribbed bottles are packed in boxes with 24 bottles per case/box. See bottle section for more details or reach out for more details.
